This seller shipped a iPhone with a cracked screen. This was immediately disclosed upon receipt of the device. The seller insisted on providing a replacement rather than a refund, and denied that the device was shipped this way. Once the location of the crack was known it was easy to see the cracked screen in the listing photos. The photos appeared to be designed to hide the screen crack.

My frustration with this seller stems from how he responded when informed of the defect. Had he responded w/a prompt refund, I would have been happy to give him a positive review. As is, I gave him a 2-star review because, per Swappa's feedback guidelines:

1) Seller was very rude or intentionally deceptive.
2) An issue with the device surfaced and the seller would not address it

Seller eventually refunded phone price but not return shipping in violation of swappa return policy. I had to absorb the return shipping cost. I will NEVER do ANY business with this seller again.

Looks great ! Fast shipping ! The back has a little scratch on the back. But other than that, it works well ! My dad will love it for Christmas. Have yet to put a sims card in since i am waiting to give it to him for christmas. Once everything is set up, I will return with another review. Thank You !

The phone is in great condition! Thank you for the quick shipping. One think you might want to think about for future sales, it wasn't packaged well at all. You should really put it in a box instead of an unpadded envelope. It wasn't marked as fragile and it could have been easily damaged. Very happy with the purchase though!

The phone had gum stuck to the charger and was described as quote: "SUPER MINT" even though there were small scratches on the screen, apple logo and near the charging port. They are not very noticeable and I am happy with it but the terms used to describe it were not 100% accurate

The seller shipped the phone promptly but sent an incorrect tracking number. They were not prompt in correcting the tracking number but the phone came in a reasonable time and was just as advertised. Would buy from seller again.

Communication with vikky was a bit annoying to me at first but my phone came super mint with every thing as pictured in a purple phone case. Will still buy more from him thanks vikky I love my new phone.
