Fast shipping. The phone arrived in some bizarre packaging including paper towels, an umbrella bag, and half of a bubble wrap envelope with a person's full address on the label (not the seller's). The phone itself had minor but visible and palpable pitting and scratches on the back. The screen was scratch free (the outline of an aftermarket screen protector was visible). All of these are forgivable on a used phone for the excellent price it was purchased at but the battery has serious issues. The battery does not last long (mere hours with heavy use) which causes the phone to shut down without warning. Sometimes around 30% the phone will power itself down. Sometimes when this happens the phone will take hours to turn back on after being connected to a power source. Recently it took 5 hours (no exaggeration) for the phone to turn on after the battery died and it was plugged back in. This, needless to say, detracts from the practicality of this phone.
