How can I mark zero stars?

Had a little delay in getting the phone mailed, but phone works and condition is pretty good. The screen is flawless, which is what I was most concerned about. The seller communication could've been a bit better, but it was just a busy time of year, I guess. All in all, good sale.

Junk device, shipped late, seller was unresponsive to complaints.

Device had to be returned. Seller continues to delay refund.

Didn't ship after 10+ days, buyer had to file dispute. Initial refund failed.

Shipped late and then returned to seller.

Phone was water damaged and returned to seller. Refund delayed.

The shipping was a little slow! I had to wait a couple of days for receiving updates in the trac number, but is was a great trasaction. The phone looks like new and it was an excellent price.

There was a very obvious piece that had cracked and fallen out near the headphone port as if someone had pulled the jack out at an angle. The seller had a picture of every other side of the phone except this one and never mentioned the damage in the description. I guess I should have asked for a picture of that side. I would say the phone is in fair condition, not good (though the screen is in very good condition). The shipping took a week to get in the hands of USPS (and 8 days to me) instead of the two or three days it should have taken to get to me. I never got any kind of explanation. It was not the great transaction for me like others have had with this buyer, though I will say that in the end, the price was probably right, which is the only reason I've given three stars instead of two.

I am actually very pleased with this purchase. There was quite a dent in a corner of the bezel that I wasn't expecting. This probably should have been in the description, but now I do see it in the seller's pictures. I did get a great price on product however and this dent might have been reason for price. Otherwise, everything works great. The seller was prompt in shipping and I am satisfied with transaction.
