I am deeply disappointed with my interaction with this seller. The phone I received was not in the state what seller described, with cosmetic damaged edges that were left out of the listing description. The seller claimed the phone was in mint condition, but this was clearly a lie, as the posted photos were misleading. To add to the frustration, despite their promise, the charger was missing. I strongly caution prospective buyers against dealing with this seller, as their lack of honesty and integrity has shattered my trust.

The sale was a pleasurable experience all around. The seller acted quickly and helpfully. The iPhone was/is as described and has been working beautifully. I am very pleased with my purchase. I extend my thanks and appreciation to the seller.
