Device was shipped promptly. Description of the device was clear and accurate, with one exception (power button was a bit worse than expected). However Saad was very open and willing to resolve the issue by buying the replacement parts for it.

Nothing but a phone in an envelope with no other protection. Luckily the phone seems to function properly and does not appear damaged. Poor communication and poor shipping. Failed to provide proper tracking number and shipping information.
