The device was just how the seller described on the outside. However, there was problem with the receiver on the phone. He helped me through the process of trying to get it fixed and even offered a full refund if I didn't decide to keep it. I managed to get the receiver problem somewhat fixed. All in all it was a good experience and it was very nice of Brandon to help me with the problem.
