The phone arrived in excellent shape, as good or better than described. There was a minor problem with the phone being associated with the seller's Apple account, but the seller was quick to fix that, and pleasant and cooperative throughout the process. No unpleasant surprises, the phone is now activated, tied to my Apple account, and works fine.
