I could not be more pleased with this iphone purchase, from the high quality of the phone itself, to the helpfulness and integrity of the seller, to the smoothness with which Swappa enabled us to complete the transaction. Slower than expected shipping by FedEx was the only minor glitch, and the seller had no control over that at all. Kurt's honest assessment in his description of the phone was actually understated, as it is much better than what you'd expect with a "good" rating; what he wrote sold me on it more than anything and it proved to be very accurate. Plus, we had good communication throughout the whole process, making things even easier.
