Great phone and quick shipping.

Tried unlocked after 40 day T-mobile "grace period" only to find out phone was financed prior and can not be unlocked. Seller sent this as a message to me: "Our devices listed under T-Mobile are to be used with T-Mobile only, and we'll guarantee that will happen. Otherwise we would have marked it as unlocked. Unfortunately back then Swappa's check could not provide the same financial eligibility information, and we weren't aware of that."

Had the phone for a few months already and was out of the country when seller offered to accept return.

Great experience with Swappa and the vendor! I got a great 128GB 6S iPhone in less than 3 days. Came just as advertised in perfect condition.
