I tried to activate this phone on October 28 of this year but Verizon said it had a factory reset. That means I need the Google phone number and password of the previous owner to activate it. GlenO please contact me
Jon Wiese 785 760 0377 and give me your phone # that you used with the Swappa phone and also the Google login and password so Verizon can activate it. Verizon said without those pieces of information, the phone cannot be activated.
