I am very please with the condition of the laptop - it came enclosed in all original packaging and seems practically brand new. Unfortunately, the seller said it was still eligible for Apple Care, and it is not. Had I known that, I might not have purchased the product from this seller.

My machine arrived still password protected but the seller helped walk me through resetting the machine. Unfortunately I opted not to keep the computer due to some damage that occurred during shipping but Brendan was extremely responsive through the experience and issued a refund promptly. I'm sorry the sale didn't work out, but I would still recommend the seller.
