Lack of communication and sale never went through
Great seller and fast shipper!
Sale was canceled due to Seller not shipping per Swappa policy. Seller shipped anyhow. Seller and Swappa ignored Swappa's policies forcing Buyer (me) to dispiute PayPal transaction and refuse shipment. Seller could have not shipped and Seller could have made voluntary refund saving Buyer a lot of time and hassle. Not recommended based on this transaction.
Not correct: "I have received all ordered items and wish to mark this sale complete. " The sale cancellation is complete, forced refund by PayPal is complete, and the PayPal dispute resolution in Buyer's favor is complete.
Product as described, fast shipping. Would buy again from this seller!
