Communication from the seller was great! There was an item listed as part of the sale that did not come in the shipment, but once I reached out they recognized the error and shipped the missing item at no additional cost straight away. The handling of that mistake was great!
Only criticism that remains is that this should have been listed at "Good" quality instead of "Mint". There was noticeable scuffs on the headset and cables for the camera, and the headset arrived very dirty. The seller needs to get better about packaging multiple different sized objects in the same box, but there was no outright damage that occurred due to the poor packaging.
Due to the way the seller handled the mistake and had great communication I would rate this sell a 4/5 and would be willing to purchase from the seller again.
