Device was shipped quickly (2-day Priority Mail). Arrived in promised condition with listed accessories. It came in the original manufacturer box wrapped in bubble wrap in a USPS bubble envelope with $50 insurance. In this case it was adequate. I would buy from this seller again.

The phone was as described and works great so far. Overall I am very satisfied with the sale but there were three issues that I had.

The biggest issue was that the phone was not packed very well -- it was in a padded envelope. Granted, the phone was shipped in its original box, but I still think cell phones should be sent in shipping boxes with bubble wrap or packing paper. The cell phone's original packaging box came dented but the phone was ok. Secondly, the package was not insured at the appropriate amount -- only $50. If there was an issue with the delivery, I don't know what would have happened. Lastly I'm nitpicking at this point, but the phone could have been shipped faster (the shipping was initiated the next business day but did not get shipped out until the second business day).

So overall I am happy but if the seller could work on these issues, it would be even better.
