I never received an item. The seller contacting me two days after taking my money with a vague message: "I won't be able to send it for some time. I suggest you cancel." I'm unable to cancel a transaction on my end, I needed the seller to refund the money. However, at this point the seller disappeared off the face of the earth and made no follow ups or indication he was going to give me my money back. The onus was on me to contact paypal and my bank. The seller was extremely unprofessional- I would have waited for my laptop, but simply ignoring me for a week is unacceptable. Don't post something you are unable to provide. I'm making this comment with the hope Swappa takes notice of this seller in the future.
