Promised to ship on a Thursday but then shipped on Friday. Arrived on time so no big deal, but then they forgot an SD card in the phone which was not supposed to be included. Said they need the data urgently and will give me an SD card to make up for returning it. But also said they will not accept returning the data via cloud transfer and insisted I mail back the physical card. They did reimburse me for mailing back the physical card but I still had to go through the hassle of mailing it... and I never got a replacement SD card to make up for it...

Overall the phone was as described and I'm happy, but this transaction was a lot more work than I wanted.
