Seller worked with me and with Sprint to try to get the Sprint-unlocked phone I bought working on my non-Sprint network, which never worked out. He also gave me options of a partial refund or to return it for a full refund. He was reliable and honest. Next time I would ask a buyer before purchasing if (s)he has tested the unlocked phone's functionality on another network.
