I bought the phone pretty late in the day on a Friday. The next morning before I woke up the seller had a tracking number issued and it stated the phone was dropped off to UPS. Phone was exactly as the seller said, brand new and unopened. The seller had great communication.

Very happy with the phone and the service! It arrived on time and was well packaged. No let downs at all, would by it again!
