The device has scratches on the screen, which doesn't have a screen protector. This normally wouldn't be an issue, but the device was labeled as "mint" and it clearly isn't.

The phone was exactly as described and was packed well. Unfortunately, it was not shipped until 4+ business days (plus the weekend) later. The good news is that at the end of the day, I was happy with the transaction - it was just a bit "rocky" in a middle.
