Item was precisely as described. Arrived well packaged and safe. It's nice to work with an individual seller so you can communicate with them. Ben was prompt in responding to a question I had. With the commercial sellers, if they don't specify the battery condition of a phone exactly, you don't really know what you will be getting - and you can't send them an email through Swappa.
