The item said in mint but came with 3 very noticeable scratches and didn't respond when I tried contacting them about the situation.

Bought the device on Sat 20th, seller shipped it out on Monday 22nd but I did not receive the device until Monday 29th. Wish the shipping was a little faster. However, the device is as described and I am pleased with it.
