The device was as described. In perfect mint condition! Removing the sim tray was quite a task tho, once inserted. Again, not the seller's fault. (Guess Palm, didn't want people switching sims.) Overall, the device works as intended. Thank you ..
Item was not exactly mint as the seller indicated, there was a crack in the rose frame next to the mute switch, no biggy, I can live with it, but it's a misrepresentation
