Extremely poor behavior from the seller. They did not list the issue with the phone - scratches - on the description page, and when confronted with this issue, they refused to take responsibility and simply apologized and said, "too bad." I had to escalate this sale to PayPal, and it took 2 months for me to get a resolution in my favor. I do NOT recommend buying from this seller. They did not take any responsibility and caused me 2 months worth of anguish!
