It took about two weeks to complete the transaction because the seller lost the shipment in transit. But the seller resolved the issue by sending a 2nd unit. Everything was as described when I received the unit. I will give 5 star for the seller's willingness to work things out. I will buy again from this seller.

It took 10 calendar days (there was 1 holiday) to receive my Tab 3, but when I received the device, it was clearly not the "NEW" condition by Swappa's definition (i.e. never been used, activated etc.) as the device was advertised for. I contacted the seller (with Swappa's help), and it turned out that the seller sent me a wrong device by mistake. He accepted returns for full refund including return shipping. The seller kept a good communication on Swappa, but for my inconvenience of waiting a long time to receive and getting refunds, I'm giving 4 stars.

It took 6 days to receive the device, which seems long compare to other sellers.
Also, it was posted as a "new" item. It was either activated or used as another device. It had old pics, all icons were on the phone and full of finger prints.
I have activated it, but, really do not know what I am getting into if this device will hold up. I would think twice before buying from this seller again.

Phone came as advertised. It is in excellent condition.
