Bought the phone over a week ago. Just got a refund today bc they are out of stock. Would have been nice to know at time of purchase.

Initially i gave 5 stars because of prompt shipment and what I thought was a good condition phone. Only after I realized the phone was somehow tammpered with and won't software update. I dropped the rating to 2. There was no mention of this issue. It's been a week since I brought up the problem. I haven't heard anything from seller.
