Battery health is good at close to 90% per AccuBattery App on a full charge, SOT calculated at 6 to 7+ hours and overall physical condition is very good, including USB charging port, exactly as stated by seller. Bootloader is unlockable if I choose to, keeping it stock. Well packaged, shipped & delivered fast. A pleasant transaction. Thank you.

Sold me a phone which did not power on, refused to send a refund. Threatened me to "fight it out with PayPal" and refused to heed the advice of the Swappa staff who instructed him to accept a return from me and reminded him of the terms and conditions (obligated to accept the return of something different than advertised). He suggested I intentionally broke the phone after receiving it. Even if the phone was working before he sent it, seller did a very, very poor job of packaging it.

I had to dispute via PayPal to recoup payment. Seller pretended not to receive returned device (despite delivery confirmation). Seller was continuously and intentionally deceptive throughout the entire process. Paypal decided in my favor.
