Scratch on screen (inspected by QC at work), discolored cable and adapter. Pictures uploaded to Swappa for proof. The seller to be fair, agreed to order new cable from Amazon. This could have been prevented by full disclosure upfront that phone has a small scratch on screen protector and cable and plug was discolored. Advertising phone as "New" was misleading and it lacks sincerity.
