It was sold as Verizon but took several trips to Verizon store to complete changeover.

The seller was extremely quick to reply and I received the device much faster than I anticipated. It was a pleasure making a purchase from this seller.

The phone is great and the seller was good to explain in the description that the Touch ID wasn't working. Happy with his good disclosure there. I have now learned to read all of the descriptions so I know what I am getting.

The phone looks like brand new ignoring few light dents on the edges.
The phone is as per the description only accessories are not generic but I am Happy!!!

iPhone arrived on time and exactly as stated. The only reason I have not awarded 5/5 stars is that I will not know the iPhone is truly unlocked until I am abroad and insert a new SIM card.

Item was shipped EXTREAMLY fast. Came a day before anticipated. As described but included USB cord and charging block did not work. Screen also looked to be replaced but wasn't mentioned in listing. Regardless, item works great.

Phone didn't function as advertised but Brad was very cooperative and punctual in making things right and ultimately getting the purchase refunded. Fast shipping, solid communication, great to work with; just unfortunate luck with the device I received.
