Received a device in mint condition but it had a balance owed to AT&T for it which is a violaton of Swappa policies.
After opening a claim with Swappa and PayPal, the seller went ahead and contacted AT&T and paid off the device. I would highly recommend anyone purchasing a device from this seller to verify that it has been paid off.
