Hi,

I just want to comment on my purchase of a phone from the site. It barely worked a year. Turns out the phone had its screen changed (not by the apple) and the battery had been already replaced. Barely a year later, apple told me that phone needs to have its battery completely replaced ($200) value and a screen is falling apart. None of this was told me by the seller of the phone.

Overall, now i am afraid to buy products from swappa because even the products are supposedly vetted....its quality may not mach the description.
