The Seller failed to ship the iPhone 6S by the fifth day (three business days) after the sale was executed on PayPal. Based on the Seller's failure to deliver the phone in a timely manner, poor communication, and the lack of ownership in getting the unit shipped (“I was planning to get the phone to the office to ship but totally forgot about it. I will ship it by this evening or tomorrow latest”) caused me lose confidence the Seller was actually selling the high quality Apple product he described on the site. Previous purchases on Swappa (with different Sellers) have all been outstanding. This attempted purchase, however, fell well short of my prior experiences and the lack of follow thru by this Seller provided a completely disappointing experience.
