I'm impressed. My experience with both Derek and Swappa surpassed all my expectations. As a first-time user I needed to ask some simple (dumb?) questions about what would be my first smart phone. But the Nexus 6P was fully described on the page so I could understand it, Derek explained how the Nexus Protect plan could be transferred, did it for me, and even threw in a USb converter I lacked.
