I am very satisfied with my purchase. The item was shipped promptly and arrived in its original box wrapped in bubblewrap. I made sure to check to see if everything on the computer works and it does. Arrived exactly as described. The only problem I had was that the computer was not left under factory reset mode and had a password on it. I sent a message to the seller and he responded within the day.
