Davis was extremely helpful and communicative throughout the buying process. The package was returned to sender by accident and I eventually returned the product without opening it because I wanted a different model. Davis sent and resent the package promptly and was nice enough to process my refund (swappa policy doesn't require sellers to refund if the product is as listed). Would buy from Davis again, can't comment on the quality of the phone because I didn't even open it.
