Smooth Sale, Good positive experience for my first time using Swappa. I received the phone in a timely manner, great packaging and in good physical condition. Having the original box made me feel good about the purchase. Phone was in working condition with no issues on run through. I did have to replace the SIM card but Verizon took care of this without issue. Could have been a regional thing, I did not take this as the sellers fault.
