There are two very very small Knicks in the frame of the phone, one is on the left under the antenna line. One is on the right side towards the bottom. Both are very minor and barely noticeable unless inspecting the phone. The volume down button is slightly mushy compared to volume up and the power button, but works fine just requires a little more force to get to respond. Removing the screen protector revealed perfect screen. Back of the phone also free of any blemishes. Came with three cases all like new condition, all original accessories unused and factory wrapped, phone activated on Verizon wireless with no issues and makes calls texts and accesses data without issues. All speakers work as should. Cameras work as should. Bluetooth and Wi-Fi both work as should. Charges rapidly and regularly as should. overall I'm happy with the phone and appreciate the quick shipping and handling\packaging of the phone. Would very much do business with this seller again in the future.

Robert responded very quickly, usually within half an hour, to any inquiries I had about what was included in the sale (original boxing, etc). The pictures and descriptions were very clear and matched what I received. The phone was indeed in the mint condition as stated. He sent out the phone within a few hours and the phone got to my address in 2 days. He made sure to follow up with me about the tracking and receiving of the package. Overall, everything was great! I'm very satisfied. I would definitely buy another phone from him in the future (but hopefully not too soon since I'm really into the Moto I just bought :)!)
