Buyer Beware - I purchased a phone from this seller who claimed it was in “Mint” condition and later in the comments said it was a "new replacement" from Apple. After receiving the phone I couldn’t receive incoming calls so I sent it in for a warranty repair with Apple. After Apple's evaluation, I was informed that this phone had been repaired previously and fixed with 3rd party parts. Apple wanted $300+ for the repair and voided the warranty.

I elected to have the phone returned and contacted the seller several times about an RMA and refund and she never replied back, thus necessitating the dispute process with PayPal which she refused to participate in and was found in my favor. The seller questioned every step of the repair process implying I was trying to defraud her. The phone was returned with all the supporting repair documents supporting my claim.
