Seller shipped out the phone quickly and responded to comments. Only reason not a five star is I could not activate the phone because he didn't factory reset the 'correct' way. I shipped the phone back and he refunded me.
Maybe swappa can provide guides on how to reset your phone properly in order to prevent this kind of issue from happening in the future.
