Shipped the phone back and I am still waiting on a refund for the phone that I purchased Oct 2023. Jan 5, 2024, I received a partial refund.
Frustrating to deal with delayed shipping and phone not as described, but expediting the late shipment and a partial refund were acceptable remedies.
