Device had issues from day one. Seller refused to perform a refund and continuously argued with flawed info and kept telling me to call HTC for support. Forced me to sell the device to someone else for less just to be able to get my money back on a defective item. First and last purchase I will ever make on Swappa thanks to this guy; if you buy from him, just hope the device doesn't have any issues or you will be SOL.

Do not buy from this seller. I purchased a TMobile Note 3 about a year and a half ago and have been using it on ATT. Now I have decided to switch to TMobile and the phone is blacklisted because the seller reported it stolen. IO've attempted to contact him to resolve the issue and he has not responded.

SER was polite and quick to respond to my questions during the entire process of my first buy on Swappa.

He also took the time to return my device to stock, unrooted and still got in sent to me in about 3 days. Very impressive and appreciated.

fast shipping and seller was very responsive. but phone was not in brand new condition and ding on bezel was very noticeable. future buyer should request a clear picture if phone had ding/damage.
