I recently had a very frustrating experience with this seller. I spent a considerable amount of time and effort arranging to purchase a laptop, only to have the sale canceled at the last minute. The item had been listed for a while, giving the seller ample opportunity to remove it if it was unavailable. Unfortunately, this wasn't done, and I ended up losing $1500 and a significant amount of time. As a college student, this unexpected financial setback and the delay in receiving my refund is incredibly disruptive and will likely impact my academic performance. This situation is unacceptable, and I'm extremely disappointed with the seller's handling of the matter.

Seller is responsive and friendly. Item is as stated and well taken care of - packaged super securely. Only thing is to prepare to wait a while from purchase to delivery. Overall, great seller, and I recommend buying from them.

Shipping took way longer than I would've hoped, really needed it on time to bring with me to a conference. Machine is 100% legit, though. Would buy again but be prepared to wait

It took about a week and half after the seller promised to get the item shipped (and I didn’t find the excuses very convincing) but the package arrived and it functions perfectly. The seller also threw in some extra goodies, which, at the price, were very kind.
