I was nervous about utilizing Swappa, but I must say that the seller and the staff were attentive to my concerns. I have my device and I am happy with the delivery, service, and communications. Thank you!

I got a fantastic deal on my phone! It's in great condition and came with everything (and some extras) except for a USB cable for the charger, which I found on Amazon for really cheap. The seller quickly offered me an apology and a full refund if I didn't want the phone anymore because of the missing cable, but I'm happy with the phone so I didn't take her up on the offer.

The phone was shipped promptly after the seller came back home from out of town (2 days after purchase). Communications took about a day or so, but that's perfectly understandable since most people are busy with work/school during the daytime.

Overall, would buy from this seller again!
