Laptop has phantom touch issue in bottom-right corner that triggers the Minimize All/Restore Desktop button on the right edge of the taskbar. I was able to disable one of the two touchscreen devices appearing in Device Manager to maintain functionality while avoiding the phantom touches. I then needed a few days to ensure the issue did not reappear.

EDIT: Phantom touch issue resurfaced. As the device warms up it gets to the point where windows are minimizing and restoring so fast that the computer is unusable. Requires disabling the touch screen completely or replacing the screen. Seller had specifically stated the distortion in the lower right of the screen did not affect functionality, but the phantom touches are in the exact same spot.
