The phone was shipped quickly and I received it as described (MINT CONDITION). However the phone was not able to be activated. So, I had to return the phone to the seller for a refund. The transaction was handled quickly and I have received a full refund for the phone plus shipping in just minutes.

Purchased phone in mint condition from seller and *never activated* . However when the phone arrived it was in perfect condition but was unable to be activated. Seller could have been better and quicker with communicating in terms of a refund , I had to wait days. But he was understanding and fair.

I received the phone in mint condition as stated in the listing however, the phone was not able to be activated. So, I had to return the phone to the seller at my expense, which I don't feel was appropriate. Overall, the transaction was handled quickly and I have received a refund for the price of the phone.
