Seller sold me a phone that is locked to another ATT account and cannot be unlocked. Reached out to Swappa and they cannot resolve issue. Reporting issue to BBB and FCC.
Just an awful experience. Seller wouldn't respond to multiple messages, didn't ship on time (it ultimately took 10 days to get to me), wouldn't try to make things right on any of it, except to offer a refund. I wouldn't trust shipping the watch back to him (or the amount of time it would take for him to issue the refund), so I'm just cutting my losses and marking it as complete. Would NOT buy from again. And may not buy from Swappa again. Awful.
The MacBook has couple scratches not described and the power cord is in terrible condition, not described either.
Not too bad, but probably wouldn't buy again. The device was a little dirty with bread crums. The screen has a tiny scratch that wasn't mentioned. Right side of screen also has a rough edge that wasn't captured in the photos. The Macbook that I bought came without an OS, which scared me because I wasn't sure if the SSD was faulty. Luckily I was able to reset it after going on Youtube.
One good thing: shipped pretty fast with extra gadgets. But dude, how hard is it to just clean the device before shipping...
I received the order as specified. However, the box was very clearly damaged! The seller did not reply to my messages. He also had more than two business days to ship the item and he didn't. After the two business days, I had to contact Swappa staff and they asked the seller to provide me with shipping info. Overall, I'm happy with the product but had to go through hell to get it.
Seller violated Swappa TOS by not shipping in the 5 days they had to do so, said they would refund me after they did not ship and only did so once a dispute was filed on PayPal, libeled me after they were forced to refund me by saying they thought I was a "scammer" because my account is new, said that I demanded fast shipping in my asking of the shipping status hours before they would violate the swappa shipping TOS, and finally didn't respond to correspondence well whether it was from me or swappa staff. Buyer Beware.
