This would've been an excellent sale if the seller hadn't held my phone for over a week because HER bank held my payment. She refused to mail me my phone until HER bank released the payment I sent to her. I had to get Swappa involved in order to get my phone. I didn't want to rate it negative because the phone is great but the transaction was ridiculous. The neutral rate was only for the phone.
