Worst buying experience ever!
Seller sent $700 worth device without signature confirmation and insurance, so USPS has dropped it at the house porch and it was stolen. During the investigation with USPS he refused to assist unless Swappa staff force him to take an action. Later he suggested to move things to PayPal where he accused me of being a scammer and raised a claim so I lost my money forever and lost the phone. Also he refused to contact AT&T and blacklist the device, so now some happy thief is walking with my phone freely. I'd never do any business with such person again.
