The phone was mint condition, as described, looked perfect. I had issues with the device freezing up. Craig of Brynik & Associates was wonderful, knowledgeable, responsive, very helpful & patient. After sending back the phone, he worked with it to a great extent and determined that on my carrier, I really needed an unlocked phone for full functionality. Craig issued a refund. Again, extremely positive review.
