The phone came in looking just as posted, which was nice. However, even though it was stated on the selling page that it works with major carriers in the U.S., I could neither activate it using Sprint nor Virgin Mobile. After just paying for a month of service with Sprint to use this phone, finding out with Customer Service that the Moto X Pure Edition is in fact not compatible meant that I blew $40 that month for nothing. I had to look up a new carrier (Cricket) and pay all over again to get it activated. Please do extra research on what the phone is compatible with before selling it, thanks.
