Fast shipping as promised, but the condition wasn't really mint, as it was supposed to.

This was a terrible experience from the moment we activated the phone. It was a faulty and unusable phone with a known issue from Apple. He tried to avoid a refund by claiming he shipped a great phone - even had the nerve to advise us to go to Apple for repair instead of refunding. After agreeing to the refund (after videos of the problems were uploaded and intervention from Swappa), he claimed we kept a brand new charger, which was not included in the shipment. Avoid this seller - extremely difficult and unreliable.

Phone shipped very quickly. Phone condition was of 'good' was reasonable.
